Someone correct me, but was the use of trust law really applicable in essentially matters of transaction where money is moving quickly (in other words did parliament intend the law to be used in this way). We are now expected to quasi-police our clients and I have seen easy conveyancing comparison site go live - when oh when will you chaps increase your price inline (and then do the job thoroughly) with the risk you are personally facing when it will go wrong?
