So much for "a 'user friendly digital tool' - called 'Find a legal adviser' on the gov.uk website - which provides details of the 10 nearest organisations contracted to offer legal aid advice and assistance in a particular category of law." I entered "find a legal adviser" into the www.gov.uk search function only to find a brief page directing users to the Law Society home page (or its Scottish or NI equivalent)! I don't call a straight link to another organisation's web-site a "user friendly digital tool"...
