A nice story that me thinking when I read "Instead, the bobbies and lawyers shared war stories about the effect of government cuts."

I think a lot would agree the current problems faced by the UK stem from inadequacies in Government ... poor funding in Legal, Law Enforcement, NHS ... the list goes on.

Given how many clever, educated, well rounded individuals are feeling these inadequacies, it would be superb if a number of them joined together with a plan to resolve these inadequacies and gave the public a new voting option come election time. People whom the public could have confidence in, so no bankers thanks.The public genuinely feel there are "no alternatives" to the traditional parties and none of those are giving the population what they want.

I'd suggest taxing Facebook, Google, Amazon and alike more robustly so our population no longer has to pick up the tab for them, with reforms to Legal and public services with the benefit from this. This is the time, the iron is hot, let us lead not follow ...
