How would this work for a client who thinks they want one thing but actually has no clue what they actually need until they've taken advice?

Just imagine the complaints when they pick a price on the website for something simple but you then have to explain that their matter is much more complex and your fee will be much higher and may even depend on how much work you have to do, how long it takes, how their opponent behaves, etc...
