'Of which how many were fraudulent? maybe 1% of the 1%? Deny the 99% to prevent the 1%. Political logic at it's finest.'

People seem to keep missing the point. Whilst fraud has certainly been used to try and justify a lot of these changes, one cannot ignore the 'encouragement' and 'incentives' people have been given to make claims, exaggerate claims and so forth. We all know the bog standard medical reports, the bog standard schedules with all that care from mysterious friends and families.

A whole industry has been built up around this. My premiums have, at least in part, been forced up by certain CMC's and their stack them high claimant firm friends. You caused this, you made your own bed. You creamed the system as much as you could. Access to justice my ar&*.

You made it easy for the insurers and the Government. You are as responsible for the so called loss of access to justice as anyone.

I feel very sorry for the cheap labour you all employed and that will now get cast aside.

Work on your new business models. You are intelligent folk. You made a fortune for a good few years off this industry.

I just hope we can now get our profession and reputation back from you.

Upper end claimant lawyer.
