Don't engage with "insurance man" who is noting of the sort. He's just a keyboard Walter Mitty. He has contradicted himself so often as to what he does and who he is over the months. Any of us who really do work in insurance know very well he is a troll winding you up. Some of the things he says about our industry are absurd.

I feel very sorry it has come to this and for those who will lose their jobs and businesses. I think there is clearly fault on both sides. The claimant side have not engaged at all until the writing was on the wall. APIL and their like are hopeless. The insurers have similarly put together a picture of the market which is patently false and it has been swallowed whole by the government. It now all looks irreversible.
