How exactly do I price work for small business debt recovery up to 100K? There are so many variables where do I start? Simple letter, extensive pre-action process, stat demand, winding up petition, litigation, arbitration, mediation? Defended not defended. Where do I start?

Employment Tribunal claims. What sort of claim? How is it going to be defended.

Absolutely pointless exercise. It will have no meaning. And guess what, if a business client's first question is what will it cost, my first response is that I am too busy. Pointless exercise. Actually I am cracking up because somebody really thinks this is a good idea.

Also seemingly I can bury this info on my website? Could not make it up.

And for those ready to criticise my comments. I am over 20 years qualified. No negligence claims, no complaints, no criticisms on costs and i have only had to sue one client for payment in the last 10 years which they did not defend.
