It was bizarre to send this material to the other side initially.

Parker J should have held an ex parte hearing to determine whether the husband (ignore the lawyers for the moment) had failed to make full disclosure in accordance with the FPR. If not, it is a storm in a tea cup. If he did, then the material goes over and the judge invites both parties to show cause why the judge's original order should not be set aside for non-disclosure

Privilege/breach of confidence is irrelevant because there can be no privilege in material that the husband is legally bound to disclose.

Assuming the whole edifice is set aside, then there should be the question of wasted costs orders against the lawyers and referring the matter to the SRA/BSB or the police or taking action for contempt of court.
