Hang on, am I missing something here

She was the solicitor who conducted her own PI case in which she was the claimant, and used her Firm as the vehicle to conduct that litigation? Isn't there an obvious risk of conflict of interest between herself and her firm? How can she say that she can properly keep her and her firms' interests separate? How can she argue that there is sufficient distance between herself and her firm to be able to conduct litigation and offer advice impartially?

Asking for trouble if you ask me.
