Well that all sounds lovely particularly the unlimited holidays. Do you get paid for them? if so I want some of that. I assume the clients don't mind if you are off sunning yourself or climbing K2 when they want to discuss page 3 paragraph 15 of the unintelligible document you have just delivered.
