My concern would be the opposite actually. The forms seem to me to be too straightforward. About once a month I get people coming in, who have made an appointment for a Power of Attorney. And they then say "I want a Power of Attorney for my mum" (the mother invariably not having come to the appointment because children seem to believe they have an entitlement to their parent's assets).

Just last week I visited a lady in a nursing home to make a will. After the interview had finished, I spoke outside the room with a friend, whom I knew had been given and LPA by the client. Said friend told me "if she's said she wants to leave anything for Mr X, don't worry because I've got power of attorney so I'll just give him the money now"(!) I politely referred her to the OPG helpline.
