I would be surprised if this will do anything. Most Criminal PRactio9ners either do not know what damaging info is within the CPS / suspected to be so, or cannot be bothered to get it (easier life policy in the latter case).


Unfortunately little did they know (or perhaps they did know but specifically intended it), when the abolished Central Funds they abolished the incentive for decent practitioners to really push the prosecution case on a Civil Lit type nit-picking approach ….


The reality was that Central Funds were there for a purpose to compensate lawyers for the time spent on a case, (through their clients costs liability to them precedent or in the future and no matter whether the amount of costs was apparently 'too much' / excessive etc.,)


Once you remove the ability to get paid, you remove the incentive to act.
