President Corbyn will be in power by then (assuming he has abolished the monarchy by 2020). Then he will throw the bill out and replace it with a new bill which will say all victims of soft-tissue injuries resulting from road traffic accidents should be compensated with a firm handshake and an apology from either the tortfeasor or vicariously their insurer. They should have used the newly nationalised railways instead.
