Hardly surprising. I would have thought it almost impossible for in-house lawyers to spend much useful time on Brexit until the shape of the terms are decided on and/or the Board of Directors decides that it's going to relocate key functions to another EU MS regardless. At the moment there are at least three possible outcomes: changing our minds and staying, some sort of ongoing EU-lite, or no deal, only one of which is going to happen. To plan for all eventualities means that at least two-thirds of what you do will be a waste of time, but you don't know which. If you're busy with the day job, why worry about it until you really have to?
