When is all the solicitor bashing going to stop?
All the LSG seems to promote or report is high street solicitor bashing and magic circle fawning.
And what is the point, really, of this article?
What does it actually achieve or add to any debate?
More generally, explain the wisdom in simplifying everything to the point where the court is constantly having to intervene to settle lay person errors or abuses as a measure to cut costs and reduce court time?
