Is there much satisfaction to be had in this: when those who think “ oh this government is clamping down on fraud,Hurrah!”....have an accident ,they will realise that neither they nor their friends/relatives will realistically be able to seek nor obtain fair compensation on an even playing field ....that it was the Tories who removed this ‘access to justice”, and so they will vote the Tories out ???
