Anon 14:52 thanks for that word salad. If you genuinely believe the claims culture's a lie, you clearly don't work in the personal injury sector or the insurance sector. You've also never had a conversation with anyone about an accident they've had. Here's an experiment you can do at home. Tell some friends or colleagues that you had a minor prang and someone bumped into the back of your car. Note how many say 'you should get compensation for that'. I bet it's nearly all of them.
