'The whole system is not fit for purpose and leads to a magistracy which is too old, too white and too middle class.'

This is a appalling remark. It should be reported to the EHRC with a request to investigate and take enforcement action. Just think how much s##t would hit the fan if someone in a position of responsibility described an organisation as not being fit for purpose because it is too young, too black and too working class! Is it too much to expect an even handed approach to the avoidance of discriminatory language?
