@ 13.09 actually, I did mean psychological barriers we create in our own minds that hinder us. It is not always someone else's fault. And, the very reason why objectivity, not subjectivity is important.

Each case must turn on its own facts. It is a mistake to believe a woman failing to achieve the same level of success as her male counterparts is purely down to male bosses.
