The trouble is that even if, like myself , you are an able LIP you just cannot win. They will bend over backwards to make sure that you cannot act as an LIP. They do not want them. YET the Government/authorities on the same hand make sure that you cannot get legal aid for anything UNLESS you are (A) an Immigrant (B) a Terrorist (C) Do NOT and never have paid any taxes in the UK.
IF you are either A,B or C then you jump straight to the front of the Legal Aid queue and all the "do gooder" solicitors who ONLY seem to take high profile cases (I don't need to name them because they are always in the news !) WHEN OH WHEN are ordinary taxpayers with ordinary cases going to be able to get "Justice" ? EVER ??????
