@ anonymous, you can hold a mckenzie friend accountable simply by making a claim against them at a county court. The government by the way don't hold any public liability insurance, and I got this from the Child Support Agency themselves, they operate in the public but hold no public liability insurance, you try taking your private car onto a public road without insurance see what happens.
The point I'm getting at is if a non legally qualified man or woman can act as a legal representative just on the say so of the Secretary of State, then a normal John Doe can do the exact same thing, they cannot escape the equality of arms at law here, if it's good enough for them it's good enough for us, and let's not forget who these courts actually belong too,,,,,,,,, us the public
