Maurice, being in breach of a court order and having to pay costs is a different kettle of fish from going to prison. 'So back to the original argument, if a non legally qualified employee of say a council, or the Department of Works and Pensions can stand and act as a solicitor, against the Solicitors Act, the Legal Services Act I might add, then so can we' back to the reply the council and DWP can pay any compensation as a result of negligent actions I doubt any McKenzie friend would be able to cover the expenses of messing up as badly as you have alleged others do.
