What I find very unlikely is Mr. Lee's claim that he was not trying to make a statement but simply wanted a cake. Rubbish. He knew that they would refuse him and it must have been his sole intention to "prove a point".

After all he is (and I have no issue with this) someone who (quite properly) campaigns for equal rights. But don't insult our intelligence by suggesting that he was not not seeking out a test case situation.
