you don't need to be Einstein to know something went seriously wrong here. The perpetrator of the sexual assault was not referred to the SRA by Baker and McKenzie who should be ashamed of itself. If the victim acting with free will chooses to resign and does not wish to pursue civil or criminal action that is a matter for her.
