It's impossible to have any respect for anything that a big-cheese at the CBA says any more.

Last time they had the MOJ literally on the ropes, yet the Leaders of the Bar and the QC's persuaded the CBA membership to cravenly throw in the towel when they were offered a few pathetic bread-crumbs from their masters' table.

It was obvious that the 'deal' offered far more to the senior bar than the long-suffering juniors.

You would hope that the Junior Bar will now treat the CBA leadership with well-deserved contempt.
