Of course, we all wish him a speedy recover. However, it is inevitable that anyone in any career having to work ridiculous hours is likely to suffer health problems at some point.

I recall working for a City law firm many years ago and even on a bonding weekend, nearly all the partners were answering frequent calls from their clients even on a Saturday morning. So that would suggest that the corporate culture hasn't changed and presumably is unlikely to ever do so.
