The Criminal Justice system is creaking because too many dumb ass laws have been created to make things such as driving 32mph in a 30 zone, creating smart motorways and speed cameras on roads where speed limits change according to the time of day, where it has literally brought the criminal justice system to its knees.
To the Secret Barrister, love your comment and love your book, its about time the general public were made aware of what is really going on in a public courts, and how our tax payers money is being used to prosecute, yes the Public taxpayer,
Talk about so many conflicts of interest just to feed that fat cat gravy train, which likes to create and collect victim surcharges for victimless crimes, and if that isn't fraud i don't know what is. Maybe that's why it takes so much time to investigate fraud, imagine trying to get the MOJ or HMCTS to publish its public accounts, how much equity is created there through extortion and fraud??????
