Is there not something called constructive dismissal? Even if she did not practice in this area nor one of her legal colleagues if properly advised at the outset she could have gathered the evidence to sustain a case for unreasonable working conditions.

Frightening to think that the younger solicitors do not consider this as an alternative.After all if you are vindicated after that procedure or a settlement agreement this should not affect your future job prospects.
