Yes the firm is shit, yes the management is a shambles, but the paralegals and trainees work very very hard to pick up all the pieces and believe it or not a lot of those google reviews are genuine. Just because the firm is diabolical it doesn’t mean that there aren’t decent hard working people within it that are actually trying to deliver a good service. If anything the fact they’ve managed to get a good google review or two whilst working under these tossers is a miracle!
