I worked at MW in c.2013 and it was run like a family practice. Management from the time were always available to speak to and were supportive. I worked there for a long time and during my time I felt there were appropriate support systems in place, like, for example, there were auditors who you can go to for assistance. It was always drubbed into us that mistakes happen and just to be open and honest about these and this was not a disciplinary offence but covering one up was.

My former colleagues who still work there tell me the old management team stood down for other reasons that have nothing to do with this case. The firm when I worked there had a mental health policy in place and you could speak to them about your problems without fear and they would then offer the appropriate counselling if required as well as support.

I don’t understand why any of them are not putting this out?! MW required you to time record 5 hours a day to hit your billing target.
