Day in, day out at the grubby end in the Mags, we hear cries of, "I can't make that decision - it needs to be a Level D, E, F... etc".

Now we have the DPP saying he can't/won't make decisions and it should be someone beneath him.

I feel for the poor piggy in the middle, also trying to dodge the decision-making in case their name is left on the case that blows up.
