But that was back in the day when you respected the other side
Why should we now help out the factories based 60 odd miles away acting (poorly) in the purchase of a property in this locality for a purchaser also based in this locality purely because they are happy to give the agent a bung. But for the bung and the spin of "keep it under one roof" ( and therein lies another tale) such buyers would be using my firm or, if not conflicted ( and again another tale there) my mate's firm across the road
