Absolute nonsense. People are queueing up for cushy jobs in quangos such as these - with a reasonably good salary, no responsibility, no pressure and goals that everyone in them knows won't be achieved and they'll be no come back in consequence. And if the going gets tough, you just move on to another quango. It's ideal for those with an affinity to elephant tusks and high buildings and an aversion to places where cooking is undertaken!
