Wow. MOJ already talking blithely about "reducing the burden of over compensation" on the insurers regarding the discount rate.

Seems they've made their mind up there then and won't bother too much with the piffle of consultation, due process etc....

Are civil servants not taught how to write a neutral and balanced press release, even if the world knows which way the wind is blowing?

To be fair, there is likely to be a general election campaign to fund and the donations have to come from somewhere.
