It is a bit unusual to give such prominent reporting to a fairly routine interlocutory application dealt with at first instance. There seems nothing to distinguish this particular decision from many others.

The headline is also more akin to an insurance publication than a Gazette article.

Is it fair to deduce that a certain Defendant solicitors’ firm has emailed a press release and you have pasted it into an article? It seems only fair that you should give them some credit for writing this.
