There’s plenty other dodgy dealings:
1 Solicitors who buy criminal cases from third parties;
2 Solicitors who pay clients to transfer;
3 regular payments to clients;
4 Solicitors who offer cheap wills where they and only they are executors;
5 Solicitors in family cases who assist a party to hide assets;
And so it goes on. Not many, just a few bad eggs but we have a Regulator who does nothing about it until after the event.
