I suggest that this litigation by Leigh Day has the real intention of trying to make it impossible in the future for UK armed forces to be involved in any conflict arising, whether as a member of the NATO alliance or UN led operations. I imagine that Day and his associates are firm supporters of Corbyn who has made it perfectly clear he will never become involved in war conflicts even if the territory of the UK were in immediate and obvious danger of being invaded, let alone of meeting any obligation we might have as member of NATO or the UN.
