Think of the costs savings by introducing shariah law.

No need for a court system or proper policing.
A wise mullah who has learned the Koran by rote would decide whether your case, and whether you are innocent or guilty, by the look on your face.
He could tell by looking at you, by his years of experience, whether you look dodgy enough to have committed adultery, homosexuality, theft, or anything else. And of course a women's evidence is worth 1/4 of that of a man anyway, so in a lot of cases, there would be no dispute anyway! So the number of civil cases will do down too.

And none of this nonsense pre-trial procedure that takes months and months. That's just fat cat lawyers milking the system.

Sounds like a win-win situation! Think of the costs savings.... multiple times the alleged Brexit dividend!
(Oh actually the actual Brexit dividend was precisely nothing, so perhaps that's not a good comparator!)

All that money going to invest in brand new stones for stoning parties and whips, and lifts to take gays reliably to the top of tall buildings without fail.
