As a working parent of two pre-school children, I go to work to escape the ever-expanding narcissistic scourge of mummy bloggers. Social media in particular and the internet in general are drowning in mummy-bloggers. I can't bear hearing another parent blogging about their "unique" yet universal difficulties; about how their life isn't perfect, how difficult it is to balance work-life, social-life, and parenting, and how, despite it all, they love their children and they are (just about) coping. It is now nothing more than a tired cliche.

Please don't let mummy bloggers expand into my work-life! Perhaps this could just be a one-off piece? Please?
