The MOJ is right to delay if those urging disclosure of the review may get at least some of what they want. Even if it takes another 6 months or a year. The revolving door at the MOJ with ministers constantly changing hasn't helped. Each time a new lot come in, they have to start from scratch. The most recent incumbent has already threatened to resign more than once.
