People keep dredging up this ill card. They seem to see it as a get out of jail free card these days - i was under such pressure I had to be a thief, I was under such pressure with bad mental health I faked documents for my boss etc. We need make it clear however depressed you are unless you are unconscious and walking in your sleep you are still fully liable. Ify ou feel so depressed you might steal why not just go to bed for the afternoon rather than stealing.
