I recall a legal doctrine about caveat emptor and decided cases about people buying countryside properties only to discover that animals characterise rural areas- with their noises and smells (the animals', not the people's).
.
True, the Tate building was not actually there when the flats were demised; but it was known to be imminent, and tenants took leases knowingly. So why are they now aggrieved?
