22:50 - Point taken but I think youre underestimating the amounts we're talking about. Nobody is suggesting the agency shouldn't get a fee, just that it should be reasonable.

As an example, I have a file at the moment with a £5k pain management report. Agency will remain nameless, but having actually obtained a breakdown, the expert's fee was £2,100.

Tell me there's not an issue there.
