Dominic, it's worse than that!

Some lawyers defend men accused of rape - and as the Grauniad will tell you, it's a "rape myth" that some such men did not do it - and counsel have been known to cross-examine the victim - or "complainant" as these enemies of the people call them - and suggest that she consented to the act of intercourse which leads to the obviously-guilty defendant being in the dock.

Yes, that's how low some lawyers will stoop. The SRA, the BSB, the Army, the Navy and the Marines should get a grip on these people!
