I'd just like to add the "cattle prod" I am quoted saying here, isn't meant for people to be more compliant with existing working methods; it's meant for those resisting the opportunities to bring more human flourishing to the workplace, and let go of tired, out-dated orthodoxies. Legislating in favour of wider influence, accountability and creativity in the way people do their work, might move us on from industrial models to more 21st century enlightened ways of working together.
