I read your article with interest. I don't think it is fair that the justice system should be disadvantaged by the limitation of qualified experts in the area. I would be the first to put my hand up and opt-in for a television based real time expert witness solution that helped conver the distance issue.

I would even develop such a system that could allow for examination, cross examination, transfer of physical documents electronically, split screen demonstrations, and expert analysis from anywhere suitable the Court deems fit.

I think that this would provide for better justice and access for all and may assist potential bail hearings and out of court hearings as well in the future.
