So we are being asked to give fixed prices without knowing exactly what the work is? Can you imagine a painter and decorator giving a standard price for painting a house without knowing whether it was a two bed semi or Buckingham Palace? I give my client's a fixed price wherever I can, but I need to know what I am doing for them first...
