Marshall and Andrew: there is no need to deliberately misrepresent the position to further your agenda. There is no requirement to declare anything. And yes numerous academic studies (as opposed to armchair critics) have show that women and those whose skin colour and sexuality are not mainstream are discriminated against. And to pre-empt you there is no need to retort with the usual hilarious quip that you'll be forced to employ a one legged gay person. You can continue discriminating to your heart's content.
