"Do not worry. The SRA have it sorted. Every solicitor is to be required to fill in a stress questionnaire every three months. It will be online, and will record the levels of stress of the individual and of everyone else in their office. There will be detailed rules to study to ensure that the levels of stress and types of stress are properly reported. The form is exacting and will require very careful completion over several hours. It will be gross professional misconduct to fail to report levels of stress adequately. The form must be completed promptly and failure to do so will also be gross misconduct."

And in the interests of freedom of information and public openness, all the completed forms will be freely available on the internet, with details of everyone's home and office addresses and telephone numbers.
