This whole farcical exercise razzes me off, as I have to collate and submit etc. It takes time out of my day that I can't get back, and bearing in mind that it's mandatory to collect the information, but not mandatory to answer the questions, it's just a joke. Even if somebody at my firm doesn't answer the questions, I still have to submit the results of the survey saying they or they and others didn't answer. So, either way, some poor person at each firm is wasting their time submitting responses that don't give any insights, really, into our profession. On the whole, I'd rather be doing something productive. Or even having a nap. Anything.
